I prefer to take liquid supplements over capsules. One of the things I like about them is taking a lower dose if I wish. It's easier on the stomach compared to previous supplements, and the pineapple flavour masks the typical vitamin taste well. I've been getting this for my very sick grandmother who has been close to death a few times, and i swear this has continued to save her life. If you don't know much about how amazing vitamin C is, you should research the research that has gone into megadosing vitamin c. However, its not very absorbable unless intravenous and now through this amazing product, Liposomal Vitamin C which is apparently more absorbable than when given intravenously. Although this type of product is more expensive than regular vitamin c, it is definitely worth paying extra for if you value your health. Trying is believing with this one. I've been taking Vit C tablets for a few years, and although taking them is no problem, I was very keen to try this liquid form to see how it compared. And...for the taste alone, this product wins hands down. Syrupy and sweet, this gives your throat a cuddle as it glides down. Love-er-ly. I take Vit C more so over the winter months, to aid my skin during the dark, cold months of central heating, and to give my immune system a bit of a boost. With the bottle containing 240mls, it should last about a month and a half, making it (if I've got my sums right) equating to about £15 a month - which entirely falls in line with this type of product. Too early to notice the additional benefits of this product compared to the tablets, but so far, I'm enjoying the ease of taking this and its taste. All good!
