To participate in the lipolife Money-Back-Guarantee, you agree to the following:

This offer is only available to Customers purchasing 240ml and 150ml bottles of lipolife formula in the United Kingdom directly from www.lipolife.co.uk.
This offer begins on 17th June 2024 and has the option to withdraw the promotion after 31st July 2024
This offer is not available for purchases made through any other lipolife retailer including purchases from amazon.com. Refunds will not be made where Customers purchase products through other resellers, online shops, retail or trade partners. Refunds claimed for products purchased from lipolife.co.uk through a tracked practitioner link will not be accepted.
Customers must consume the product in accordance with lipolife’s recommended guidelines. If, after consuming the product in accordance with the recommended guidelines, the Customer does not feel the specific benefits associated with the product they shall be entitled to a refund of the price of the product.
To claim the refund, the Customer must complete the returns form and return it together with the product bottle, original packaging and proof of purchase to: lipolife, Unit 1, Drakes Lane Industrial Estate, Boreham, Essex, CM3 3BE. The product bottle, returns form, packaging and proof of purchase must be returned to lipolife within 30 days of the date of purchase of the product. The bottle must be clean and dry. Customer details must match those on their account through which the purchase was made.
On receipt of the returns form, bottle, packaging and proof of purchase, lipolife will assess your claim to ensure that the product was taken in accordance with recommended guidelines. lipolife reserves the right to contact you for further information. When lipolife is satisfied that this is a valid claim, the refund will be made.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of lipolife approving the claim and will be made via cheque or credit the card the original purchase was made from.
The Money-Back-Guarantee Guarantee only applies to 1 bottle of lipolife purchased by the Customer. If the customer purchased multiple bottles of the same or different products, they shall only be entitled to a refund one bottle.
Each customer is only eligible for one refund on eligible purchases.
The refund amount will only be for the full invoice purchase price as stated on the purchase receipt/invoice. The refund does not cover the return postage costs. The cost of shipment to return the product is the responsibility of the Customer.
This offer does not apply in conjunction with any other offer promotional or trial offer.
This offer is in addition to and does not replace your statutory rights and protections.
lipolife takes NO responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. NO refunds will be made for any product damaged by accident, neglect, unreasonable use or lost in transit.
Receipts obtained through unauthorised means or illegitimate channels will be void.
By claiming a refund, the customer is deemed to accept these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any dispute, the decision of lipolife is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
